Brad Pitt is phenomenal in this film, and Jonah Hill is a stand up supporting actor along side him. The chemistry between the two on screen is reason enough to watch this film.</p> <p>I believe many people may have written this film off as another one of those “inspirational baseball movies”. The story is well told and even with the film running at two and a half hours long, kept my attention the whole time. I thought this was a fairly good film as far as romantic dramedy goes.</p> <p>The acting in this film was great. Ryan Gosling pairs really well with Steve Carell, and the performances from the rest of the cast was equally great. The story was a quite predictable until the end where there was a plot twist, which I felt took away from the story instead of adding to it. Another high note was the soundtrack. It is spectacular.
